Not that I claim to know anything about it's supremacy over anything really, but there is something called Facebook pages which might work out well for marketing purposes.
Essentially it is a webspace for fans to add themselfes to. A fan-page if you will..
Adding the right words to this facebook page would attract the right crowd (i.e. Warhammer 40.000, fanproject, games workshop etc etc).
I'm going to let the powers of this website look into that though, as it takes some fidling in the beginning and you guys know what you want to show and CAN show more then I do...
Hmm, I'm not too fond of Facebook...must be the fact that I get invited to become a werewolf, vampire or compare movietastes with every member there on almost a daily basis. :p But yeah, might be something to be looked into *imagines a facebook application in which members are asked to conquer the Anargo Sector*

CELS is keen that we use paid advertisement on sites such as Warseer.
Might be a good way of promotion. I've been thinking about potential financing, if our collaboration with
Troll Forged becomes a bit successful and starts to bear fruits (as in sales of minis related to the ASP such as the Aiodeans or BFG Ork redesigns for example) we could use those to not only promote our project but also to finance things such as these advertisements. But yeah, perhaps that is a bit too ambitious at the time!

Working with other Fan Projects
We've begun to do this in limited fashion, but working with other fan projects such as Warp Rift would increase interest/readership. Working with Warseer's Firebase operates along similar principles.
So more online publication stuff? To return to the "financial" part, I really do hope that we could manage to do something with Troll Forged so that they can produce miniatures of stuff in the Anargo Sector that GW doesn't offer such as our races or various types of Guardsmen or other stuff. Not only would it promote our project but also maybe potentially bring in a bit of cash that can be used for advertisements, prizes, artists, etc.
Downloadable Files
Shared by P2P? We create a series of specifically branded and exciting downloadable PDF that can be shared and ultimately drawn attention to the site.
Some sort of "community" or whatever on torrentsites such as Isohunt.com or ThePirateBay.org to upload our stuff there.
Campaigns
An obvious one that we have discussed before, but I don't think that we have ever discussed the practicalities in terms of advertisement, prizes, etc.
Hmm, something we need to look into at a later stage, probably Stage 2 or 3 of the Explore site I guess.
